Rubidium is a free, open source, web-based time tracking application built with Ruby on Rails. Rubidium is meant to be a modern, full-featured, replacement for many of the pay-based time tracking services out there. It is not a hosted service, but meant to be downloaded and used by small-to-medium sized businesses and freelancers needing accurate records of how they spend their time.
