I work for Unboxed Consulting who are doing their fifth Ruby on Rails project. I am project managing the work and we are trying to be as lean as possible.

We are using acts_as_authenticated, annotate_models, assert_valid_markup, file_column and red_hill_on_rails_core with gems rmagick and gettext. We have used Google Maps API, AJAX, LDAP and loads of other interesting plugins.

The work is going so quickly with RoR that we are ahead of schedule! We are looking for more RoR work, so let us know if you want some help.
