I’m a former embedded systems’ developer with experience in bleeding-edge civilian avionics, broadcast automation and real-time database integration.
I used to be a VB guru until I met Ruby and discovered true love, now I can’t get enough of the language and am pushing it to its limits. For the last couple of years I’ve been developing back-end systems in the domain name registry sector, working exclusively with Ruby technologies.
Aside from being one half of the team that brought you the RailsConf Europe classics Camping: Going off the Rails with Ruby and Anchoring Trust: Rewriting DNS for the Semantic Netwrk with Ruby and Rails, I’m also the founder of the RINDR project, a next-generation DNS server written exclusively in Ruby.
Since September 2007 I’ve been and application architect for TrafficBroker where I’m working exclusively on Ruby and Rails projects.
