Organized the Translation of the Getting Real book into portuguese (the first complete non-english translation)

Published Rails book: Repensando a Web com Rails (the first RoR book published exclusively for the brazilian audience)

Rails Blog: Akita On Rails (opinionated articles around software development, RoR and Macs). It hosts the most famous, and the first, Rails 2.0 tutorial/screencast available. Also hosts several high profile interviews with well known Railers from the community.

Published the Acts As Replica Rails plugin for bi-directional database replication.

Organized and promoted the first true Ruby on Rails event at Brazil: RejectConf SP’07

Giving an online basic Ruby on Rails course at eGenial

Made a presentation at the first Bauru/UNESP gathering around XP and Rails.

Made a presentation at the third big Ruby on Rails event in Brazil, Rio on Rails

Technically revising the translation of ´Agile Web Development with Rails´ into brazilian portugues.

Organized the translation of the free online version of the book Learn to Program, from Chris Pine.

Organizing Rails Summit Latin America, the largest Rails event ever in Latin America.
