I pioneered the Ruby competency at Obtiva with the help of Ryan Platte, Tyler Jennings, Gareth Reeves, Brian Tatnall, Andy Maleh, Joseph Leddy and Nate Jackson. We do Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, Java, Ajax and TDD training, coaching and development. I wrote a book for apprentices for O’Reilly. I spend most of my days somewhere in Chicago improving teams and projects, most recently at Groupon.
