Working With Rails

I have 10 years of software development experience building a variety of web based applications. My technical expertise includes a proficiency in Unix, fluency in Ruby on Rails, and MySQL. I also have an advanced knowledge of development tools, methodologies, and best practices (including agile, test driven, and object oriented development).

In addition to being an individual contributor, I have served as a team lead and was intimately involved with all phases of the software development life-cycle. I have mentored junior team members and successfully work closely with technical and non-technical people.
