Hello to all….
After doing HTML/CSS for years, I got into PHP for a minute and thought it was cool. I also did a little Django work (deployed an app at the company I work for) and that was cool. Then, by little choice of my own, I was kind of forced into rails. All I can say is that if everything I was “forced” to do was as much fun as Rails, I wouldn’t have talked back to my mother so much while growing up.
With that said, in my time working with it, I’ve deployed several apps at my company and use it almost exclusively when doing side work. I attended Acts as Conference in 2008 (Railsconf was a little too rich for my blood this year – but there’s always next year). In other words, I’m hooked.
Other than that, I like movies and traveling (in an attempt to make me appear well-rounded).
