Where are the best places to find people looking for Ruby on Rails contracts? And how much money does a person with 1-3 years of RoR experience make on an hourly rate? I have a client looking for someone for a 3+ month contract that is located downtown Chicago. If anyone is interested please let me know. Sherita |
