This list shows the top 100 contributors to the Rails source (excluding core team members) from January 2007 and is updated once daily.
On the opening day of RailsConf registration, the current top 20 contributors will be awarded a free pass and lodging just down the street at the railshack location
How are the rankings generated?
The following activities have a score attached which count towards each contributors overall ranking:
100: accepted patches
60: accepted documentation
40: open patches
20: untested patches
15: tiny patches
10: denied patches
10: reporting a new ticket
5: resolving a ticket
1: commenting
What does n/a mean?
Either the contributor hasn't yet entered their Trac username or they have contributed before January 2007 only.
