Australia’s only national network of community based and not-for-profit organisations which provide employment, training and related services.
Job Futures development team is responsible for building and maintaining the various Rails-based business systems that support the organisation and it’s members. Job Futures was one of the earliest adopters of Rails in Australia, and hosts the Rails Oceania Sydney group’s monthly meetups.
We prefer an agile and collaborative approach to development. A small, democratic team, we work with the business to design, prioritise and deliver new functionality to meet the changing needs of the organisation. There’s no shopping baskets here… we’re solving interesting and business specific problems using the best tools available.
