How We Do It: We use Ruby on Rails to build solutions because it allows us to deliver stable and highly maintainable web applications much faster than other frameworks and languages, and that makes us and our clients happy.

We are a service oriented company. We work hard and are not satisfied until our clients are are.

Who We Are: We are serious and passionate about our work. We love what we do. We write books about Ruby on Rails, publish gems and plugins. Our people spend an average of 12 hours each day at work, but we are not stuffy and arrogant. After our clients are happy, we play hard too.

Where We Are Located: We are located in Overland Park, KS, a beautiful suburb of Kansas City.
